You can find your sales receipt in your email or by logging into your account. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also access it under the "Orders" section of your account.
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Follow these steps:
Tell us – Send an e-mail to contact@ofm4x4.com with your order number, before the 14 days have expired.
Pack the item – Return it complete, with the accessories and documents received, preferably in its original packaging. Off-road accessories can be bulky or heavy, so make sure they are well protected for shipping.
Send the package – Send it to OFM4X4 (WTD LOGISTIC S.R.L.), Str. Hărăului nr. 40, Deva, Hunedoara County, Romania, within 14 days of your notification, and keep the shipping receipt. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.
Get your refund – We refund all sums paid, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it.
You may open the packaging and check the product as you would in a shop. If it has been fitted or used beyond that, we may deduct the actual loss in its value from the refund.
If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or not the one you ordered, contact us and we will cover the return costs. Full details are in our Shipping, Warranty and Returns Policy.
We regularly restock our most popular off-road accessories, but availability depends on demand and supplier inventory. If an item is marked as “Out of Stock”, here’s what you can do:
Join the Waitlist – On the page of a sold-out product, enter your e-mail address and we’ll notify you as soon as it is back in stock.
Contact Our Support Team – If you need a specific item urgently, reach out to us, and we’ll provide an estimated restock date if available.
