A wheel spacer has to match your vehicle on three points: bolt pattern (PCD), centre bore and thread size. Check all three before you order.
1. Bolt pattern (PCD)
Written as the number of wheel studs x the diameter of the circle that runs through their centres, in mm – for example 6x139.7. Count the studs, then measure:
- 4 or 6 studs: from the centre of one stud to the centre of the stud directly opposite.
- 5 studs: from the centre of one stud to the centre of the next one, then multiply by 1.701 (82.1 mm x 1.701 gives 139.7 mm).
2. Centre bore (CB)
The diameter of the hole in the middle of the spacer, which sits on the centring lip of the hub. Measure the outside diameter of that lip on your vehicle with a caliper (for example 106.1 mm) and choose the spacer with the same centre bore.
3. Thread size
The diameter and pitch of the wheel studs – for example M12x1.5 means 12 mm diameter and 1.5 mm pitch. The spacer is supplied with studs in the thread shown, so it must be the same as the studs on your vehicle. If you are not sure, check the vehicle handbook or have a wheel nut measured at a parts shop.
4. Thickness
The thickness (30, 40 or 50 mm) is how far each wheel moves outwards. Before ordering, check that the tyre will still clear the wheel arch at full steering lock.

This 50mm wheel spacer adapts a 5×139.7 hub while adding track width. Duralumin construction keeps the added unsprung mass minimal, and the 108.1 mm bore locates the spacer squarely on the hub.

What a wheel spacer does
Fitting a spacer moves the wheel outboard by its thickness. That widens the track, which improves lateral stability, and it creates clearance between the tyre sidewall and the suspension, steering arms and chassis – the usual limit when moving to oversized off-road tyres after a lift.
Fitting and safety
Spacers must be fitted to clean, flat hub faces and the nuts torqued to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification, then re-checked after the first 50-100 km. This spacer is supplied without a centring ring – where your hub and wheel bores differ, fit the correct ring. Fitting by a specialist 4×4 workshop is strongly recommended.

Products that are in stock and listed on ofm4x4.com are delivered by express courier to the address you specify, to mainland addresses in the European Union countries available for selection at checkout. We do not currently deliver to islands or to countries outside the European Union.
Deliveries are currently made by DHL. The courier is chosen by the seller, who may change the courier delivering your order at any time.
The delivery cost is shown in the cart and at checkout once the delivery address has been confirmed. When your order is processed, we will confirm the delivery charge. If the courier or the charge has to be changed, we will tell you the new charge before dispatch; if you do not agree with it, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
In-stock products are normally delivered within 3–5 working days of order confirmation, depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
For products that are not in stock, the delivery time will be communicated by OFM4X4 staff when the order is processed.
Parcels are delivered during the courier's normal working hours, depending on the courier's route. We cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time.
The delivery time given when the order is confirmed is an estimate, and delays caused by the courier may occur.
We may delay or cancel a delivery if we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our control, caused either by a third party or by force majeure. In that case we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for products that cannot be delivered.
If we do not deliver the products within the delivery period communicated to you and you choose to cancel the order, we will refund all sums paid under the contract without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of your decision to terminate the contract.
We pack all products appropriately for transport.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products.
Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery, provided the price has been paid.
If a parcel cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the buyer (for example a wrong address, refusal of the parcel or failure to collect it), we reserve the right to charge the cost of the return transport and of any new delivery.
Products bought by consumers are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge or, in the cases provided by law, to a price reduction or a refund.
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you. We refund all sums paid, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of your notification; we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it.
